ছায়া উপদেষ্টা পরিষদ
অন্তর্বর্তী সরকারের বিভিন্ন কর্মকান্ডের গঠনমূলক সমালোচনার জন্য ছায়া সরকার গঠনের প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনেকেই উপলদ্ধি করলেও বাংলাদেশের বড় কোন রাজনৈতিক দল বা অন্য কারো পক্ষ থেকে আমরা সে রকম কোন উদ্যোগ দেখিনি। বাংলাদেশের রাজনীতিতে এই জরুরী গণতান্ত্রিক প্রক্রিয়ার অভাব পূরণ করার জন্য আমরা প্রবাসী সংহতির পক্ষ থেকে কয়েকজন উপদেষ্টার বিপরীতে ছায়া উপদেষ্টা (shadow advisor) ঘোষণা করছি।
এর মাধ্যমে আমরা অন্তর্বর্তী সরকারের উপদেষ্টাদের কর্মকান্ড নিয়ে বিভিন্ন আঙ্গিক থেকে দেখার চেষ্টা করব। আমরা হয়ত সরকারের সমস্ত কাজের সমালোচনা করতে পারব না, কিন্তু গণমাধ্যমে প্রকাশিত সরকারের বিভিন্ন পদক্ষেপ ও সিদ্ধান্তের, যতটুকু পারা যায়, সমালোচনা করার চেষ্টা করব।
একই সাথে আমরা অন্যদেরকেও সরকারের বস্তুনিষ্ঠ সমালোচনার মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশের রাজনীতিতে গুণগত পরিবর্তন আনার আহবান জানাচ্ছি। সরকারের বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে অভিজ্ঞ ব্যক্তিদের মতামত ও বিশ্লেষণকে আমরা স্বাগত জানাই। আশা করি সকলের অংশগ্রহণে আমরা জনমত গঠনের মাধ্যমে সরকারের বিভিন্ন কাজে তাৎপর্যপুর্ণ পরিবর্তন, আধুনিকায়ন ও যুগোপযোগী সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ প্রক্রিয়া বাস্তবায়ন করতে পারব।
The Shadow Adviser Committee
Although many recognise the need for a shadow government to provide constructive criticism of the activities of the interim government, we have not seen any such initiative from major political parties or other entities in Bangladesh. To address this gap in the democratic process, প্রবাসী সংহতি (NRB Solidarity) has taken the initiative to appoint shadow advisors corresponding to several advisors of the interim government.
Through this initiative, we aim to analyze and assess the actions of the interim government’s advisors from various perspectives. While we may not be able to critique all their decisions, we will strive to provide constructive feedback on key government decisions published in the media.
We also call on others to bring about qualitative changes in Bangladesh’s politics by engaging in objective criticism of the government. We welcome the opinions of experts from various fields on matters of governance. With everyone’s active participation, we hope to foster public opinion that will lead to meaningful reforms, modernization, and the adoption of forward-thinking policies by the government.
